Building on the Trace dining chair (first released in 2022), the stool reinterprets its signature curved backrest. An exercise in reduction, the stool balances minimalism with comfort, resulting in an elegant, understated character, swapping the inverted “V” shaped legs of the chair with a more classic approach.

The inspiration behind the Trace Stool originated from a simple line drawing in space. Following on from the chair, the stool replaces straight lines with gentle curves, lending it a softer hand-drawn feeling. The name references the subtle curves in the steel legs as it seamlessly traces around the edge of the ply back.
